Guilliams requested agricultural land that had been occupied by Nepomoseno and Francisco J. Alvarado, but which had become vacant. The petition was denied on the basis that the requisite four months fixed by the Ayuntamiento had not passed. The espediente was returned to Guilliams. Described as: Vacant land situated on the South-West of the orchards of this vicinity, and between the lands occupied by Antonio Ygnacio Abila and the Main Road to San Pedro.
Original Spanish document: pages 57-59. English translation: pages 44-45.
