Description
Photograph of a view of Santa Clara Street at night in San Jose, California, September, 1907. A large cigar shop with many tall, rectangular windows shines with glowing letters and signs on the corner of the street on the far right. The stores further down the street are dark except for the lines of glowing lamps that extend from the right side of the street to the stores on the left. Further down the road a large tower made of what appear to be small white lights stands over the street with a large, glowing ball at the top.
