Sygeplejeuddannelse i USA 1968 (Bachelor of Science in Nursing), efterfulgt af ansættelser indenfor sygepleje. Gift med arkitekt Poul Bertelsen, 1971. Sammen udsendt af DMS til Tanzania, 1973-78 (?). Arbejdssteder: Sprogskole i Moshi. Herefter ansat til klinikarbejde samt i børnehaveklasse, Arusha. (Senere sammen med ægtefælle associeret missionær i DMS, og bl.a. bosat i USA, med Poul Bertelsen som leder af MSAADA/Et kirkeligt arkitektfirma, der hjælper med byggeprojekter i Asien og Afrika.- Se Dansk Missionsblad 1981)

Together sent by DMS to Tanzania, 1973-78(?). Working areas: After language study in Moshi, clinic work and teaching of a nursery class, Arusha. (Later together with husband associated Missionary of DMS, e.g. settled in USA, with Poul Bertelsen as Head of MSAADA/A non-profit Christian Architect Corporation, assisting with building projects in Asia and Africa.- See Dansk Missionsblad 1981).
