Photographed at site of the Crowley Lake dedication ceremonies, held on October 19, 1941 more than 300 miles from Los Angeles, were (left to right) Douglas Joseph, president of the Inyo-Mono Association, Water and Power Commissioners C. Clarke Keely, James B. Agnew and Clinton E. Miller, Power Bureau General Manager H. C. Gardett, and Water Bureau General Manager H. A. Van Norman, who was chairman of the day. Memorial rock and bronze plaque seen in background.
