Photograph article dated April 1, 1960 reads, "City's Latest - Mrs. C. Richard Nagel, president of the Tarzana Women's Club, and Chief Engineer William L. Miller of the Los Angeles City Fire Department await start of 1905 Maxwell being cranked by Owner George Chaffin, retired fireman of 18329 Ventura Blvd. In background aboard modern fire fighting unit are Henry Bennett, president of the Tarzana Chamber of Commerce, and Harold R. Billings, vice president of the Fire commission, who dedicated the $211,000 station."
