From left are John Hartshorn, bank vice president who will manage the new office; Charmion (sic) Farnon, Miss San Fernando Fiesta; Roy Richardson, president-elect of the San Fernando Chamber of Commerce; D. P. Loomis, bank president, and Eugene V. Klein, bank chairman. The $200,000 structure will be completed by July 15."
