Photograph caption dated April 13, 1962 reads, "Frederick Guterman With New Lamp - 'This innovation in self-contained fluorescent lamps is expected to serve a recognized universal need in a variety of special situations demanding a lightweight portable lamp which provides a far greater volume of light for ore hours than was previously possible with ordinary incandescent portables,' Guterman said."
