Description
The statue, entitled "Spanish Music", is located in the middle of Lebus Courtyard at Pomona College and was a gift of the class of 1915. Burt W. Johnson designed and cast the bronze statue while studying at the Florence Academy of Art. The statue was influenced in part by the work of 15th century Florentine sculptor Desiderio da Settignano.
