Description
"Workmen are rushing to put the finishing touches on the Crossroads, a $1.7 million banking-shopping center which is scheduled to open in late January at 35th Avenue and Freeport Boulevard. That's Freeport running up the far right of the picture. The structure in the foreground is actually six buildings surrounding an inner court roofed over by sun screening material. The first phase of the center, the bank-office building, in the black-topped parking lot beyond the construction site, opened last January. That's Claudia Drive dividing the center"
