Description: Photograph caption dated May 22, 1962 reads, "Burbank Junior Chamber of Commerce is conducting city-wide Youth Safety Campaign which includes distribution of safe driving booklets and automobile safety checks at Burbank high schools. Check at John Burroughs High School was Friday; Burbank High School is scheduled for May 25. Running through safety check procedures are Burbank High's senior class president Carter Johnston, who discusses spare tire with Paul Williamson, boys' vice principal, and Mary Alice Merritt. Studying car safety check list are Marcia Beistle and Alan Kaestle, Boys' League president."
