Photograph article dated June 19, 1948 partially reads, "A backyard pool at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Edward T. Bradbury Jr., 1719 N. Edison blvd., Burbank, has been turned into a swimming school for neighborhood children. Mrs. Bradbury holds a certificate she received following the completion of a course in life saving. She has taught her two children, Jan 10, and Edward, 5, how to swim and now is tutoring their friends." Pictured are Mrs. Edward Bradbury Jr. and neighborhood children.
