Drucker Foundation and former CEO of the Girl Scouts of the United States of America, discusses how Peter Drucker's ideas shaped the management of the Girl Scouts. Hesselbein, along with Dick Schubert, John McNeice, and Bob Buford, started the Peter F. Drucker Foundation and she describes the Foundation’s different projects and publications.
