Description
An article from the 1891 June 27 edition of the Whittier Pointer reports that the San Francisco Daily Report has written about the uniforms the boys will wear at the reform school in Whittier. The Pointer also reports that the Sacramento Record-Union has written about the push to remove the word "reform" from the school's name.
