Description
Earth Work: Location of structure must be approved by architect and owner before doing work. Remove vegetation on area covered by building but protect adjacent vegetation. Excavation for footing shall be sufficiently deep to provide footing for uniform rock bearing. All fills within the building area shall set & tamped in not over 6'' water soaked layers. Plumbing: examine existing waterline to servants quarters. Install shock absorber gennie and pressure reducing valve. Make every effort to prevent water noises. Where pipes pass through building materials allow adequate clearance for insulation. Cut all vents 4'' above roof. Install septic tank and drain field as shown on Sh. No. 1 and in accordance with local plumbing laws and standard plumbing code. Floor drains under washing machine & house entry.
