Looking northeast across Hill Street from planters outside the Hall of Administration (later renamed the Kenneth Hahn Hall of Administration) towards the new Hall of Records, under construction. On the right are the previous Hall of Records (later demolished) and City Hall. Dated March 24, 1961.
