Image of an advertisement for the Plastic Club Show of Applied Art featuring a sketch of a woman sitting under a tree with an artist's box of supplies in one hand an a canvas held on her lap in the other.
Item originally owned by illustrator Curtis Wager-Smith (1870-1950). Date supplied by cataloger base don organization history; The Plastic Club (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) was located at 10 S. 18th Street from 1897 until 1909. "Opens April 27th Closes May 16th"--text, top right of image. (May 9th is printed on the item. The "9" is crossed out in ink with "16" written above it. "Admission Free Ten South Eighteenth"--text, bottom center of image.
