Photograph was edited for publication purposes The Hollywood Professional School, located at 5400 Hollywood Boulevard in Hollywood, was a private school for working children in the entertainment business which ran from 1935-1984. It offered classes only in the mornings so that students could work in the afternoons. Just a few of the many notable alumni include, Judy Garland, Mickey Rooney, Betty Grable, Andy Williams, Melanie Griffith and Val Kilmer. Photograph caption dated June 16, 1959 reads "Cubby O'Brien and Bob Wagner, stars of the Lawrence Welk Show, are shown with Maurice Mann, president of Hollywood Professional Academic Day School. Both boys are outstanding students and popular with the student body of the junior high school division of the school. Young Wagner is a June graduate."
