Photograph of an exterior view of the front north entrance of the de la Cuesta Ranch adobe south of the Santa Inez River and town of Buellton, Santa Barbara County, September 4, 1937. A building can be seen at center with a wrap-around porch obscured by trees. Chairs can be seen on the porch at left, while a large doorway is visible at center. A fence made from sticks or branches can be seen across the foreground. Photoprint reads: "Still occupied by de la Cuesta family. There were several brothers but Sam, who lives there, is only one surviving. Grape arbor from fence to house".
