At right, the river flows near a small city block and over two large streets. Several other residential blocks can be seen further to the left. At center, the river passes under several sets of railroad tracks. Trains and railway cars can be seen to the left of the flooding, and a large train depot filled with several trains can be seen slightly flooded at right. In the background at center, the river can be seen passing below a small bridge. Small amounts of flooding and mud can be seen at right, while unaffected city blocks are visible to the far right.
