Harris of Sherman Oaks, who spent nine years as an executive in the aircraft industry, now is serving the City of Los Angeles as a member of the Board of Traffic Commissioners. A native of Condon, Ore., Harris was graduated by Oregon State College in 1937. He later spent three years in the production control departments of aircraft companies and six years as supervisor of production control and as a member of the general manager's staff of Northrop Aviation Co."
