Description
Michael O’Connor, former Drucker School adjunct professor, first became acquainted with Peter Drucker when seeking his advice about writing the company constitution and credits Drucker with helping him “get the human element into the business.” O’Connor found Drucker to be approachable and “the only genius” he ever met.
