Description: Six members of the Sacramento Police Dept. Shotgun Squad. Their special training in firearms and self-defense was initiated by Chief Koening in 1925 in order to stop a rash of burglaries downtown. (r. to l.) William Hallanan, Max Fisher, Chief T.N. Koening, and rest unidentified.
