Description
Grey pencil survey map for Mr. Herman M. McMillon of part of Lot 63, Subdivision No. 2, Rancho Tapo, Rancho Simi. Lot is divided into three parts with ownership by Howard H. Lutter, Ludwig Allman, and Herman M. & Geraldine McMillon. Lot 63 is bordered by Lot 62 above, Lot 60 diagonally to the upper right, and Lot 61 to the right. Visible streets are Avenida Simi running horizontally above, Sycamore Drive vertically to the left, and Palm Avenue horizontally below.
