Pictured is Ernest Neumann, first of three officers who chased after two teenage escapees from Camarillo State Hospital. During the chase, the two teens, John Wayne Bohlin and Joseph Armstrong, both 15-years-old, shot at officer Neumann before trying to flee on foot.
