This will be a $31 million state-of-the-art theater expected to bring top-quality performances to Santa Monica when it's completed in 2007. The 32,000 square-foot, 541-seat performing arts hall will be home to the Santa Monica College Academy of Music and the Pete and Susan Barrett Art Gallery, and is located at 1310 11th St., on 11th Street and Arizona Avenue.
