Description
Exterior and interior views of house and poolhouse.
Originally built for Fred Niblo in 1927. The house was acquired in 1940 by Jules and Doris Stein. Dr. Stein was a physician, philanthropist and founder of MCA Inc. (Source: Los Angeles Times, April 25, 1999.)
