Cars are parked beside the First Baptist Church on the southwest corner of 4th Street and Locust Avenue in Long Beach. It was built in 1906 in the Gothic Revival style by architect Kenneth Wing. The entrances to the church are on either side of the square bell tower. Stained glass windows are on the second floor. A metal staircase leads from the second floor directly to the sidewalk. Behind the church is a sign for the Farmers and Merchants Bank.
