Photograph caption dated November 14, 1960 reads, "Collector's Item -- Sounds of great music, such as can still be heard on this 1898 Graphaphone Grand, will be discussed by leading figures of music world at 10th annual series of Symphony Previews lectures beginning Nov. 18. The machine is part of collection owned by Mrs. A. Raborn Phillips (left), of Previews committee, and her husband. With Mrs. Phillips is Mrs. William Flynn, of Symphony Previews."
