House interiors and exteriors; per MLP negative sleeves, residence had leather ceilings and plywood walls. Some images were taken possibly a few months apart, with alternate furnishings in some rooms. This residence is the same as the Gordon residence of project 2836 before the addition of a garden/sun room. Project date based on letter from Gordon to Parker saying that U.S. Plywood wants to buy 17 negatives of "my house." (19 November 1941). One rehoused negative contained in its envelope a short letter from John W. Forney of Campbell-Mithun Advertising requesting a negative from MLP of the Carl Norcross/Elizabeth Gordon residence (housed in box 204 folder 13). Negatives previously rehoused.
