Description
Theatrical bill for the night of September 20, 1924, at Sodality Hall, Santa Clara. The Mission Players present An Irish Drama, "The Rising of the Moon," by Lady Gregory; followed by a vaudeville show performed by Prof. Franz Schmidt, Juliana Cardoza, Mrs. A. Pereira, and Thomas W. Kenney. The last portion of the show is a series of vocal numbers performed by The Mission Minstrels. Overture and interludes by D. Antonacci and Theresa Antonacci, with accompanist Grace Pereira. Dancing by Mr. Horace Wald's Jazz Orchestra.
