Photograph caption dated April 2, 1964 reads "Benjamin H. Cook, standing, president of the Burbank Chamber of Commerce, reads Burbank Mayor John B. Whitney's proclamation that next Monday begins Chamber of Commerce Week in that city. 'This is in appreciation of the many contributions made by the chamber to our civic, cultural, economic and educational progress,' the mayor said."
