Photograph caption dated November 23, 1963 reads, "Loretta Morroy [sic] of the Valley Times staff exhibits the watches that winners of amateur fights at the re-opened Valley Garden Arena receive every other week. The next card of fights will be held a week from Wednesday (Dec. 4). Hal Benson promotes the fights and gives the watches away. Benson reports that the gross from last week's card was $300 up from the first show." Valley Times employee, Loretta Morrow, was incorrectly identified as 'Morroy' in the caption.
