Photograph caption dated July 6, 1960 reads, "Richard D. Quinn, left, was installed as president of Hollywood Exchange Club at a luncheon at Hollywood Knickerbocker Hotel. Affixing the president's pin above is Ted Martin, district governor of the service club. Quinn, who lives at 10404 Whipple in North Hollywood, is administrator of industrial relations for Capitol Records, Inc. he is a member of the board of directors of the Personnel and Industrial Relations Association of Southern California."
