Description
The letter describes the company's handling of the sale of a house and pump on the land formerly occupied by Dr. Kawaichi. It also describes the land being vacant until December 15, at which time it was leased for alfalfa. The company sold the property on behalf of Dr. Kawaichi and applied a portion of the sale amount to an unpaid rent balance as of May 1, 1942.
