Description: Sideview of a tall steel tower, extending from shore, out towards the water in Wilmington Harbor. On the water, a floating crane helps with the construction work on the towers. Writing on the side of the crane reads, "Case Construction Company, Inc." Tower will be used to pull large ships up, and onto the ramp in the dry dock area. Photo dated: May 20, 1941.
