Description: Everyone loves a parade, and Watts residents are no exception. Threatening skies notwithstanding, it was the kind of day to stomp your feet and clap your hands, as the Compton "Kitarettes" show the crowd the proper technique at the 22nd annual Watts-Willowbrook Parade.
