Description
Several area dignitaries are shown breaking ground on the 3,000-square-foot expansion of the Arden-Dimick Branch of the Sacramento County Library in 1998 at 891 Watt Avenue. Notables are are (in blue dress) librarian and planner Lois Ross; fourth from the left, architect Allan Oshima; followed by, left to right, Nadine Dimick, Dr. Max Dimick, and librarian Glenda Adams. Library Director Dick Killian wears a tan coat.
