Description
This circa 1930 postcard shows the western face of the administration building of the Sacramento County Hospital. Construction of the pavilion-style complex started in 1915 with the pictured administration building being finished in 1928. Its funding was completely drawn from tax money, causing an ebb and flow to the building's construction schedule.
