Photograph of the Unique Theatre after the 1906 earthquake in San Jose, April,1906. Two men stand in suits and hats at center with a third man sitting on the debris of the walls of the upper floors of the theatre. The rooms of the upper levels are exposed while the front of the theatre and cigar shops below are intact. The buildings on either side of the theatre along the street appear to be intact.
