The L.A. Chamber of Commerce takes up key issues that affect the business community in Los Angeles. This Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce Excursion to Honolulu, circa 1890s, shows a large group of well-dressed women standing under an enormous banyan tree; a house is visible on the left. The location where this photograph was taken is not identified, but it is possible it was at "The Banyan Tree House" in Hawaii.
