Description
One complaint before the police commission is that downtown parking lot operators have installed driveways so wide that much parking space at the curb is eliminated. Photo shows lots on Broadway, with driveways and red zones occupying most of the curb space. "Something should be done," said the commission. Photo dated: February 3, 1939.
