Description
Joe Stearns (right) was burned out by terrorists, but he and Negro carpenter Tony Humphries, are restoring the shoe store in the 4400 block of South Central Avenue. Stearns is one of many meeting the crisis by rebuilding. Photo dated: August 19, 1965.
