Photograph caption dated September 17, 1957 reads "Make-believe casualty. Valley defense workers examine 'victim' after rescue from demolished building. Rescue training is part of 32-hour course offered by Los Angeles office of Civil Defense. Leading demonstrations at Reseda will be Herbert Law, Woodland Hills; Mrs. Dorothy Thiel, Encino; Col.
