Photograph caption dated October 16, 1953 reads, "Dr. Noel Leon Arnaud, conductor of Youth Symphony Orchestra of San Fernando Valley and composer, joins North Hollywood Kiwanis Club as honorary member. Doing honors are Frank Conway, left, and Herb Lutz, right. Dr. Anaud, former M-G-M composer and arranger, is member of ASCAP. At present he is composing modern symphony for Tommy Dorsey band."
