Charles writes Frank and Priscilla informing them that Kenneth Hopper has visited him several times over the past two years and that he made arrangements through Mr. Inoue for Hopper to visit Japan. He shares that Mr. Isamu Sakamoto, now a senior adviser, asked permission to use a quote from a report Charles wrote concerning the conditions of industry when he was in Japan. He goes on to say that the Japan Productivity Center has asked Sakamoto to give a talk on management and that Sakamoto visited Charles' home with Mr. Inoue in 1951 when they came to discuss Sumitomo's plans for organization and development. The letter is handwritten. The back of the page contains a table with contact assignments, signal switching, and unit connector J9. The back page scan was rotated 180 degrees.
