Description
Fold-out brochure advertising Rancho Acacia Baileyana blooms distributed by W. B. Clarke & Co., San Jose, California. Front depicts a girl wearing a bonnet, watering flowers under the sun. "Santa Clara - Valley of Heart's Delight" printed underneath. Inside text describes blossom time in the Santa Clara Valley, beginning, "In late November, when the white blanket of snow lays over the wintry East, lustrous blooms of acacia flower golden yellow with foliage...delicate robin-egg blue. Only in California's All Year garden...Santa Clara County...does this evergreen tree blossom so profusely, for the mild climate is equable, with warm days and cool nights..." Back cover describes the Rancho Acacia Baileyana.
