Description: A construction worker can be seen tying steel reinforcement bars together. Once completed, they will eventually look like the tall cement columns that appear to the right of the photograph, where a very tall ladder can be seen resting against one of them. The development is being built on the northwest corner of Sunset and Vine, in Hollywood. Photo dated: September 4, 2002.
