The three-story, clapboard-sided Victorian-style manor house is pictured at center, two horse-drawn carriages visible in its front lawn to the left and right. People are visible gathered on its front porch beneath the tower-like spire that extends from its right corner. A cactus and bushes can be seen growing near the side porch to the right. Trees and hedges decorate the grounds. Mountains are visible in the background. Picture file card reads: "Grand view".
