Description
"In 1909, Fair Oaks' first bank relocated from its temporary quarters to a permanent block building on the corner of California and Howard. The structure later housed, among other things, a drug store in the 1950s. The Hinsey Store, also known as the Red and White Store, across the street, sold groceries and still stands today as an antique and craft store."
