Description
Photograph shows Dr. Bernadette DeArmond, Director of Santa Clara County AIDS program, presenting to the Watergarden staff a certificate of recognition for their work in preventing sexually transmitted diseases. Sal Accardi holds the framed certificate that reads, "Santa Clara County Health Department, Special Recognition, to the management and staff of the Watergarden for their support of STD Control Programs 1980-1985".
